At Ardron Landscapes Inc. we work with you from the initial consultation through to the final approval to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your landscape project.

The Consultation:

The process starts with a free consultation at your home. We will walk around your property and discuss your goals for the project as well as any problem areas you would like addressed.  We will find out your personal style and talk about how you intend to use the spaces we will be designing.  After this meeting we will generate a design agreement that is a summary of your goals along with some suggestions and a firm estimate for the cost of the landscape design.  When you decide to go ahead with the design, simply sign the design agreement and send it back either by mail or email.

The Design and Quotation:

The next meeting will be either in person or via zoom.  If you choose a zoom meeting, we will present the 3D landscape design and detailed quotation; additionally with zoom meetings we can make any minor changes in real time during the meeting to be sure the design is exactly how you would like it. If you choose an in-person meeting, we will arrive with the 3D walkthrough video loaded on an iPad as well as a printed quotation and landscape plans. The 3D design will include all plant material in realistic sizes as well as all paver textures shown around a rendering of your home.  After presenting the design, we will explain the quotation, which is subdivided into tasks or areas so that the work can easily be divided up, either for phasing in over a few years, or even if you would like to tackle a few elements on your own.  We will ensure you have samples of pavers delivered to your home to ensure colour You will have access to the plans and quotation through our web portal where you can easily suggest changes before signing your approval for the contract.  The portal allows us to track any changes made and permanently attach them to the contract so nothing gets overlooked as we progress to construction.  At this time, we will invoice for the deposit to hold your place in our schedule and order all materials needed for your project to ensure there are no hold ups during construction.

Construction:

Prior to starting construction, we will let you know of any schedule adjustments, and we will order all public utility locates, and permits.  Once we begin construction our focus is on safely completing your project in as efficient a manner as possible.  Our professional and polite crew will make sure your project reaches completion promptly for minimal disruption.  We employ wet cutting and dustless saws whenever possible to reduce cleanup and maintain positive neighbour relations.  During construction we will always keep you informed and welcome any questions you might have about the process.

The Wrap Up:

Now that construction is complete, we will walk through the entire project with you to ensure 100% satisfaction.  All that is left is inviting the friends and family over for a BBQ and a swim in the pool to show off your new backyard escape.
